We're changing how paid plans scale — and adding USD billing while we're at it.
The problem with most SaaS pricing is the cliff: you outgrow the entry tier and suddenly you're staring at a 6x jump. On Grepture, that used to mean Pro (€49) jumping to Business (€299) the moment you crossed 100K requests. Not great.
Overage billing on Pro and Business — Both paid plans now have soft usage limits. When you exceed your included volume, additional requests are billed at your plan's overage rate: €8 per 100K on Pro, €5 per 100K on Business. No hard caps, no throttling, no forced upgrades. Traffic keeps flowing and you're alerted at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.
The practical effect: Pro + overage stays cheaper than Business all the way up to roughly 3M requests per month. That's a lot of room to grow before upgrading actually makes sense — which is the point. We'd rather you move to Business when the volume genuinely justifies it than because we cornered you into it.
USD billing — Toggle EUR/USD on the pricing page. Pro is $59/mo, Business is $349/mo, and overage is charged in the same currency as your plan. Useful if you've been doing mental FX math every renewal.
Base fees haven't moved. Nothing about your current plan changes unless you exceed the included volume.
