Every API call that passes through the Grepture gateway counts as one request — both the outbound prompt and the inbound completion. Batch calls count as one request per item in the batch.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan’s features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
You’ll get a notification at 80% usage and again at 100%. Once you reach 100% of your request limit, processing stops until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Your requests will still pass through the proxy, but detection rules and logging will be paused.
By default, Grepture logs request metadata (method, status, latency, rule hits) for your audit trail. Enable zero-data mode and we process everything in-flight without writing any request content to disk. Your prompts and completions never touch our storage.
