Every API call that passes through the Grepture gateway counts as one request — both the outbound prompt and the inbound completion. Batch calls count as one request per item in the batch.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan’s features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my included requests?+
On paid plans, you’ll be notified at 80% and 100% of your included volume. After that, additional requests are billed at your plan’s overage rate (€8 per 100K on Pro, €5 per 100K on Business). There’s no hard cap — your traffic keeps flowing. Overage is invoiced at the end of each billing cycle. On the Free plan, processing pauses at the limit until the next cycle.
Do you store my data?+
By default, Grepture logs request metadata (method, status, latency, rule hits) for your audit trail. Enable zero-data mode and we process everything in-flight without writing any request content to disk. Your prompts and completions never touch our storage.
Can I try AI features before upgrading?+
The Free plan includes 25 AI-powered requests per month so you can try features like AI PII detection, injection detection, and more. All paid plans include unlimited AI detection.
How does overage billing work?+
Each paid plan includes a monthly request allowance (100K on Pro, 1M on Business). If you go over, additional requests are billed at your plan’s overage rate and invoiced at the end of the billing cycle. You’ll get alerts at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.
