Dashboard

Traffic monitoring, rule management, playground testing, team settings, and billing.

Overview

The Grepture dashboard is your control center for monitoring API traffic, managing detection rules, and administering your account. Access it at app.grepture.com after signing up.

Dashboard overview

The main dashboard page shows key stats and charts:

  • Total rules — number of rules configured
  • Active rules — rules currently enabled
  • Requests today — traffic volume for the current day
  • 30-day request volume — chart showing request trends over time
  • Status code breakdown — success vs. error distribution
  • Method breakdown — GET, POST, and other HTTP methods
  • Recent requests — table of the latest requests with status, method, and URL

Traffic log

The traffic log page provides a detailed history of all requests flowing through the proxy:

  • Request list — filterable table with status, method, URL, detections, and latency
  • 30-day traffic chart — aggregate stats over time
  • Request detail — click any request to expand and inspect full request/response details, including which rules matched and what actions were taken

In zero-data mode, request/response bodies are not stored — only operational metadata is available.

Rules management

Create, edit, and organize your detection rules from the Rules page:

  • Rule list — all rules with enable/disable toggles
  • Create rule — add new rules with conditions and actions
  • Edit rule — modify conditions, actions, and settings
  • Reorder rules — change execution priority with up/down controls

See Configuration for detailed rule setup.

Playground

The Playground page lets you test your proxy setup without touching production:

  • Build custom HTTP requests with method, URL, headers, and body
  • Send them through the Grepture proxy
  • See the response along with which rules were applied, the request ID, and duration

Use this to verify your rules work as expected before enabling them on live traffic.

API settings

The API page shows your proxy configuration:

  • API key — your Grepture API key (format: gpt_...), with the option to regenerate
  • Fallback mode — toggle between passthrough and error mode
  • Zero-data mode — toggle to stop persisting request/response content (Business+)

Reports (Business+)

The Reports page lets you generate compliance reports:

  • Simple report — summary of traffic and detections
  • Complete report — full compliance report with detailed findings (PDF export)

Activity log (Business+)

The Activity Log page provides a full audit trail of all changes made to your account:

  • Rule creation, updates, and deletions
  • Team member additions and removals
  • Settings changes
  • Each entry includes who made the change and when

Team management

Manage your team from Settings (gear icon in the sidebar):

  • Team name — rename your team
  • Members — view current team members with their roles
  • Invite members — send invitations by email
  • Remove members — remove team members (owner only)
  • Pending invitations — view and revoke outstanding invitations

There are two roles:

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access — manage rules, settings, billing, and team members
MemberView and manage rules, view traffic and settings

Billing

Monitor your usage and manage your subscription from Settings → Billing:

  • Current plan — your active plan and included limits
  • Usage — requests consumed this billing cycle
  • AI sampling — free plan users see their AI request usage (used / 25 this month) with a progress bar
  • Upgrade / downgrade — change plans at any time via Stripe
  • Manage subscription — access the Stripe customer portal for invoices and payment methods
