Prompt versioning has been part of Grepture for a while: drafts, published versions, and a live pointer you can move between them. What was missing was the answer to a simple question — what actually changed?
A diff for every prompt — Next to the version selector in the prompt editor you'll now find a compare button. It opens a side-by-side picker for any two versions and shows a line-by-line diff: system, user, and assistant messages plus the variable definitions, with additions and removals highlighted.
Smart defaults — The dialog opens with the comparison you most likely want: the version you're looking at against its predecessor. A draft compares against the latest published version, so you can review your edits before you publish.
Review before you ship — Edit as draft, diff against what's currently live in your AI gateway, then publish.
Live now. The compare button appears automatically on any prompt with more than one version.
